another manip of a character. only took me 2 days, score! supposed to be even more of a speed manip, but of course the details always take longer than expected. especially that ridiculous water, gah i hate splashes. i spent most of the manip getting the water and shadows halfway decent. i do like how it turned out in the end, even though it's more of a simple manip considering i didn't spend ages on a flashy mane and tail. i used an adjusted photoshop filter to add in the pretty colors. i've been using those a lot lately to spice up bland colors. originally the pic was very blue and the horse a pale chestnut, so i figured it'd be nicer with a little vintage color.
