_{This is gorgeous~ For the tail, what settings do you use for the burn and dodge tool? (Size, brush, ect.) I can't seem to get the burning and dodging down xD}

a very like dodge, like 30% opacity and the brush is usually the size of the desired highlight width. the brush needs to have soft edges of course. i have a hair tutorial in my 'Tutorials' gallery that touches on burning and dodging, check it out

why not? doesnt it have a dodge or burn tool? that's what i use to get the highlights to pop, i dodge over the glossy areas

can't remember.. i dont usually use those for manips, only once in a while. mostly used photoshop tools.
